Andrew Dawson the driving force behind Bellerophon Antiques successfully completed a Furniture Restoration and Craftsmanship Ba Hons Degree course in 1999. He went on to work for Established Restorers with high end London Clients for several years. Since opening Bellerophon, he has strived to maintain the standards of workmanship and presentation witnessed back then.

All items bought from Bellerophon will have been thoroughly checked over and restored if necessary. We regularly carry out woodwork repairs and French Polish the furniture we sell. All antique and vintage furniture is restored subtly and sympathetically to retain the character of the piece and bring out the natural colour and patina.

Restoration Services available - if you have antique or vintage furniture which requires Restoration, Woodwork Repairs or French Polishing please contact-

RESTORATION IN ACTION
Expertise

Expertise in Restoration is a vital help in sourcing the best Antique Furniture.

As Restorers we often completely dismantle and reassemble furniture so we literally get to know it inside out!

We are rarely fooled by fakes or reproductions or pieces which have later additions or alterations.
